Here is the way to name digital entries. You fill in everything EXCEPT the #. That is determined by number of votes in our in house voting. The most votes will be # = 1 etc.

The X should be an N if it is a nature entry and P if it is a pictorial entry

X#$ClubName$LastName$FirstName$Title$Year-Month.jpg

”ClubName” = Monadnock

“LastName” and “FirstName” of the maker should be entered with proper capitalization. Do not use all caps or all small case letters.

The “Title” should be entered with proper capitalization and with spaces between words. A correct title might be “Polar Bear With Cubs”

Year-Month” is the specific competition being entered

The dollar signs (“$”) are recognized as a field separation character by Excel. Be sure that all fields are in the correct order and that you don’t omit any dollar signs
